Bakhsha

The small town of Bakhsha, on the National Highway 56, is situated in Jaunpur District of Uttar Pradesh. It is 15 km north-west of Jaunpur, the district headquarters. Machhlishahr, Badlapur, and Mehrawan are at a distance of 19 km, 14 km and 16 km respectively from here.

Jaunpur, which still retains its old charm and splendor, is a nearby place of historical importance.
