Asoka Mission Vihar is a meditation center situated at
Mehrauli, a historic site in
South Delhi District. The center lies on a 12 acre garden, and is close to
Qutab Minar, the highest stone tower in India.
The center organizes activities such as short-term meditation courses, daily chanting, full moon day puja and Buddhist cultural activities for children. Asoka Mission Vihar has a main shrine, a Seema and a Bodhi tree. The center also features a Youth hostel.
New Delhi Railway Station is the nearest railhead. ISBT at Kashmiri Gate is about 24 km north.
