Asni River

Asni River is a tributary of the Giri River, which drains into the Yamuna River. It flows along a deep ‘V’ shaped valley whose sides varies from steep to precipitous. Across the sides of the Nag Tibba Ridge there is a steep gorge, carved by the river. At various places, the Asni River is joined by numerous small spring fed tributaries.
