Amreng




Amreng is a stunning cape situated between Kapili River and its tributary Amreng River in Karbi Anglong District, Assam.

Nestled amidst viridescent forests with the mystic blue hills forming the background, Amreng presents a picture of nature’s splendor at its best and hence is a favorite haunt for nature loving tourists.

Tourist maps name the place also as Panimur or Koka Hills. Amreng is 120 km from Diphu and 30 km from Lanka (Nagaon District). Accommodations are available in a tourist lodge on the riverbank.
