Som River




Originating in the hills near the village of Som in Kherwara Tehsil of Udaipur District, river Som runs southeast through a hilly region and joins river Mahi near the village of Baneshwar. The total catchment area of 2,490 square miles lies in Udaipur and Dungarpur districts. Tidi, Gomti and Jakham are its main tributaries.
