Bambiha




Bambiha is a historic village located about 35 km south-west of Bathinda. This village is noted for a beautiful gurdwara built in memory of Guru Gobind Singh, the last Sikh Guru.

History is that Guru Gobind Singh had stayed at Bambiha for 9 days in 1706, during his trip to Talwandi Sabo. The gurdwara, named Gurdwara Patshahi Dasvin, is located beside a pond.

The nearest railway station is located at Giddarbaha, about 9 km from here and the nearest airport is Chandigarh Airport.
