Hadagarh Sanctuary



Hadagarh Sanctuary lies in the districts of Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj of Orissa and is close to Hadagarh reservoir and Salandi dam.

Vegetation consists of mixed deciduous forests and the sanctuary is home to tiger, leopard, fishing cat, hyena, elephant, langur, pangolin and a variety of birds and reptiles.

The sanctuary is 115 km from Keonjhar and 35 km from Anandapur. One has to take a diversion from Cheenapadi, on Anandapur-Bhadrak road, to reach the sanctuary.
