Gupteswar is a sacred village situated in the Koraput District of Orissa. It is surrounded by lush green forests, gurgling mountain streams and the serene Kolab River. This place is famous for its religious significance since it houses the famous hidden cave temple of Lord Shiva, called Gupteswar Temple. Due to its traditional association with Ramayana figures, this area has become a center of pilgrimage.

Gupteswar is at a distance of 80 km from Koraput and 55 km from Jeypore. Jeypore Railway Station serves this area. The nearest airport is Visakhapatnam Airport.
