Kottuvally




Kottuvally is a small village which is 15 km west of Aluva. This village is near Paravur, Ernakulam District. The major attraction is Kottuvallikkavu Bhagavati Temple which is believed to have been built by Kottaukal Padanayar. During the annual festival, Kottuvallikkavu Kumbha Bharani, a large number of devotees throng Kottuvally to attain the divine grace and blessings. The famous Aluva Shiva Temple is easily reachable from here. Cochin International Airport is within 28 km range and the nearest railway station is Aluva Railway Station (15 km).
