Kheora




Kheora is a typical village, located on the Rajouri-Darhal road, in Rajouri District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 2 km from Rajouri.

Major point of attraction is the red wave shreds of Kushan period represented by deep bowls with razor edged rims and thin sides towering towards the bottom are found besides a portion of an enclosure wall built in stones with lime surkhi mortar.

By road, Kheora is linked with Darhal Malkan, Rajouri, Thannamandi and Nowshera.
