Asvini Kumara Teerth is a holy pond situated at Assan village, about 14 km east of
Jind, in
Haryana. The teerth is associated with the Vedic twin deities Asvins. A popular belief among the devotees is that taking a dip in the teerth on Tuesday will relieve one from all his sins.
Asvini Kumara Teerth is found mentioned in Mahabharata, Padma Purana, Naradiya Purana and Vamana Purana.
