Barwala is a small town in Hissar District, in Haryana. Barwala is 30 km north-east of Hissar.

Agroha, Hissar, Uklana, Fatehabad and Bugana are major towns nearby.

Indira Gandhi International Airport is the closest airstrip. Barwala Railway Station is on the Hissar-Dhuri line. National Highway 65 passes through Barwala.
