Sirdala




Sirdala is a taluk headquarters town in Nawada District. Also spelled as Sirdalla, it is approximately 27 km south of Nawada.

Sirdala is linked by road to the nearby towns of Narhat, Hisua and Fatehpur. Rajauli, on National Highway 31, is merely 7 km east.

The magnificent Kakolat Water Falls, located 20 km south-east, is undoubtedly a year-round destination for picnickers. Other tourist destinations are Gaya and Bodhgaya, which are at distances of 44 and 46 km respectively.

Gaya Airport serves this town. Nawada Railway Station is the nearest major railway station.
