The Adis are a tribe found in
Arunachal Pradesh. Among them are two groups called Bogum and Bomis. There are lots of sub tribes such as Janbos, Paggis, Pailibos, Bogum, Padams, Milangs, Minyongs and Karkos. By nature Adis are democratic and they live in organized villages known as Kebang. Ponung, the traditional dance of Adis is very famous. The Adis follow polygamy. They are good weavers.
