Tutilawa Mela is one of the famous cattle fairs of
Jharkhand, held on Falgun Poornima. It is usually celebrated at
Tutilawa near Simaria in
Chatra District.
This fair is said to have commenced in 1935. A large number of people from far and near come to Simaria to watch this spectacular fair.
