Majholi is one of the prominent towns in Sidhi District of Madhya Pradesh. It is located about 35 km south-west of Sidhi.

Dubri, Sanjay National Park, Mara Caves and Govindgarha constitute interesting excursions outside the town.

Nearest airport is at Jabalpur. Beohari Railway Station is the nearby railhead.
