Amnari

The town of Amnari lies in Hazaribagh District of Jharkhand. It is about 18 km south-west of Hazaribagh, the district headquarters. It is surrounded by the towns of Ichak in the west, Barkatha in the north, Gorhar in the east and Daru Kharika in the south. Konar Dam, Hazaribagh Lake, Hazaribagh National Park and Canary Hill constitute interesting excursions outside Amnari.

Ranchi, the state capital, is around 85 km south. Nearest airport is Ranchi Airport and railhead is Hazaribagh Road Railway Station.
