Nerang is a charming village located on the borders of
Kargil and
Leh districts of
Jammu and Kashmir. It is an ideal base for the trekkers on their way to
Yulchung from
Zangla. The
Zanskar River flows through this place. To the west of Nerang lies
Lingshet.
One can reach Nerang from Padum through the trekking route via Nerang Pass. Another way to reach Nerang is from Karsha.
