Lingshet

Lingshet is a small village located in the Zanskar region of Kargil District, Jammu and Kashmir. It is about nine kilometers from Skumpata. Lingshet Gompa is the main attraction.

Standing at a height of over 5,100 m, this hilly area is on the route from Yulchung to Snertse, via Singge La.

Lingshet can be approached from Omangschu (28 km).
