Swaraj Ashram

Swaraj Ashram is situated at Bardoli, in Surat District of Gujarat. This popular pilgrim spot is about 34 km east of Surat. It is the place where Mahatma Gandhi had launched the 'Bardoli Satyagrah' (a great farmers’ movement) under the leadership of Sardar Vallabhai Patel.

Bardoli Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
