Hailakandi

Hailakandi is the administrative headquarters of Hailakandi District, in Assam. It is located 340 km south of the state capital, Dispur.

Nearest airport is at Silchar. Hailakandi Railway Station is a terminus point on the narrow gauge line connecting Silchar and Karimganj.
