Zainabad is a scenic locale located close to the Little Rann of Kutch, in
Surendranagar District of
Gujarat. It lies about 105 km north-west of
Ahmedabad.
Zainabad is also a favorite spot for bird watching - over 300 different species of birds can be spotted here including waterfowl, waders, raptors and ground birds such as Larks, Sand grouse and the endangered Hubara Bustard. The Little Rann of Kutch Wildlife Sanctuary is situated close to Zainabad.
The best time to visit Zainabad is from October-March.
There are regular buses till Dasada, 12 km ahead of Zainabad.
