Yasada Grama




Located on the bank of the Ganges, Yasada Grama is a village near Chakdaha in Nadia District. It is the place where Jagadish Pandita lived. He was an associate of Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. There is a temple dedicated to Lord Jagannath. This deity was carried with the aid of a stick, by Jagadish Pandita. The stick is preserved in the temple.

Cakadaha railway station is the nearest railhead from which one can easily access this place.
