Yangang




Yangang is a village located in South Sikkim District. The term 'Yangang' means 'Hill of Fortune.' The place is famous for its scenic beauty. One of the four holiest caves in Sikkim is located in Yangang village. The legendary Bhaley Dunga, a kind of rocky spur, juts out from the ridge top, a short distance away from Meanam Hill and remains suspended in the air above Yangang village.

The nearest airport is at Bagdogra with connecting flights to Kolkata and New Delhi.
