Yanam Old Age Home, registered under the Societies Registration Act, started its activities in 1998 at
Yanam in
Pondicherry. The destitute and the aged are taken care of at the center. The home offers free food, shelter, clothing and medical facilities to the uncared, needy, aged and handicapped persons. It admits aged and handicapped persons of both sexes above the age of 55 years.
