Yaldoda

Perched at a height of 11,541 ft, Yaldoda is a small town in Kargil District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 195 km from the state capital – Srinagar.

Yaldoda is bounded by Barora (5 km) in the west, Shanglo (1 km) in the east and Dundur (2 km) in the south. Wakha Rgyal, Sankoo, and Mulbekh are some of the attractions outside the town.

Yaldoda is accessible from Chalten and Zuti, by road. The nearest railhead is at Jammu, which is on the Jammu – Pathankot line and is served by the Northern Railways.
