Yakjong dance is performed by the children of
Adi Tribe in
Arunachal Pradesh. This is mainly performed during the
Aaran Festival, the New Year festival of the Adi. The children go to each and every house in the village, and those who welcome the Yakjong dancer are blessed for bumper crops.
