Wadki




Wadki is a small town on the National Highway 7, close to Yavatmal District’s border with Wardha District, in Maharashtra. It is located 27 km north-east of Jodmoha and around 20 km from Karanji. Ralegaon is 25 km north-west while Yavatmal - the district headquarters – is about 65 km from Wadki.

Painganga Wildlife Sanctuary, Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary and Bor Wildlife Sanctuary are enticing getaways for wildlife enthusiasts. Chintamani of Kalamb, Sahastrakund Waterfalls, Vinoba Bhave's Ashram at Paunar and Gandhiji's Ashram at Sevagram are other places of tourist interest.
