Vrindavan Temple




Vrindavan Temple is located near the Cochin Thirumala Devaswom Temple, in the heart of Mattancherry town in Ernakulam District. It is constructed in memory of Srimad Sukrateendra Thirtha Swamiji of Kashi Mutt Samsthan.

It is believed that this temple was built at the place where the body of Swamiji was buried. The special poojas are held on the samadhi day of the Swamiji (June-July). The temple has an image of Lord Hanuman.

Shri Hanuman temple, Vighneswara Temple, Shri Mahalakshmi Temple and Udyaneswar Shiva Temple are located nearby.
