Venkatachalam

Venkatachalam is located in Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh. It is 14 km south of Nellore. It is also spelled Venkatachelam and Venkatachellum.

The golden beaches of Krishnapatnam and Mypad are the prime attractions in the neighborhood. Krishnapatnam, famed for a port and a beautiful clean beach, is another tourist interest in the region.

Tirupati Airport is the nearest airport. Venkatachalam Railway Station is on the Nellore-Gudur rail route. National Highway 5 passes through Venkatachalam.
