Vasukinag Temple




Vasukinag Temple, built around the 11th century, is located at Bhaderwah in Doda District of Jammu and Kashmir.

This beautiful temple enshrines a single stone piece idol of Vasukinag (Vasuki). A 3-day annual Kailash Yatra of Bhaderwah starts after the ceremonial puja at this temple. A large number of devotees from every nook and corner of the country visits the place to worship and offer their respect of Vasuki.

Bhaderwah is about 201 km from Jammu and about 252 km from Srinagar.
