Varasiddhi Vinayaka Temple lies in
Kanipakam village which is 62 km from Tirupati and 12 km from Chittoor on the Chittoor- Aragoondu Road. It was constructed in the 11th century by king Kulothunga of Chola dynasty and later developed in 1336 by the rulers of Vijayanagar.
The presiding deity of Varasiddhi Vinayaka Temple is Lord Ganesh and the unique feature of the
swayambhu idol is that it grows in size. Bahuda River flows beside the temple.
Vinayaka Chaturthi and Brahmotsavam are the important festivals celebrated here.
