Valluvar Kottam is an auditorium located in
Chennai. It has a capacity to hold 4,000 people. Valluvar Kottam is built in memory of the poet-saint Tiruvalluvar. It holds a 33 m high statue of the saint. The shape of the building is like that of a temple chariot. Lines from the Thirukkural have been depicted in bas-relief in the front hall corridors of the chariot.
