Valha lies on the State Highway 36, about 11 km south of Jejuri, in
Pune District. It is quite near the district’s southern border with
Satara District.
Pune - the district headquarters – is 57 km towards the north-west.
The pilgrim center of Jejuri and Bhatghar Dam (Llyod Dam) are the prominent tourist sites nearby. The historic sites in and around Pune are worth paying a visit.
Pune Lohegaon Airport serves Valha. Valha Railway Station is on the Pune – Satara rail line of Central Railways.
