V M Salgaocar College of Law (VMSCL), managed by Devi Sharvani Education Society, is a full-time college functioning at Miramar in
North Goa District. It was founded by late V M Salgaocar, an industrialist and philanthropist of
Goa, in the year 1972. The college is affiliated to
Goa University and recognized by the University Grands Commission (UGC) and the Bar Council of India for imparting education in law.
The college offers graduate and postgraduate courses in various legal disciplines. A diploma program in 'Information Technology Laws' is conducted in association with the Asian School of Cyber Laws at in Pune.
VMSCL has a spacious staff room, conference hall, a well-equipped library, computer laboratory and spacious classrooms (well equipped with OHP facilities for interactive teaching). Canteen, hostels and sports facilities are available.
