Located in the Kerala University Office premises, the University Health Center strives to provide comprehensive and modern health care to the students of Kerala University. It aims to achieve this objective by imparting health education and sufficient practical information to the students so as to generate a sense of keen health consciousness in them. Most of these health programs are conducted in the colleges while some are arranged in the center itself. These programs, conducted with the aid of seminars, talks and discussions cover subjects like potential hazards of tobacco, alcoholism and drug addiction, mental health care, challenges of marital life, and blood donation. The center also offers consultation services and carries on surveys and studies on student health.
