Located near Naini Industrial Area in Allahabad, United College of Engineering and Research and United Institute of Management are the contributions of Shiv Ram Das Gulati Memorial Society, a philanthropic organization.
The institutes are affiliated to UP Technical University, Lucknow and are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi. Courses offered include B Tech, MCA, MBA, BCA and BBA.
The campus, spread over 27 acre, has facilities including well equipped computer labs, laboratories and workshops with hi-tech machine tools and related equipments. Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls.
A placement and training cell functions here to organize various aspects of training such as summer training, project work and visits to various industries.
