Tuljapur




Tuljapur is a small village lying on the banks of the Godavari, right on the Ahmednagar District’s north-eastern border with Aurangabad District, in central Maharashtra. Lohagaon is the nearest settlement on the other side of the border.

Jayakwadi Bird Sanctuary and Dnyaneshwar Udyan - the largest garden in Maharashtra - are two prominent tourist destinations in the immediate neighborhood.

Aurangabad Airport and Belapur Railway Station serve Tuljapur.
