Trivandrum Golf Club

Trivandrum Golf Club is situated adjacent to Kowdiar Palace in Thiruvananthapuram. This course was laid out in the 1850s during the days of the late Maharajah Sreemoolam Tirunal.

Spread over a sprawling 25 acres, the nine-hole course is enriched with more than 3,400 trees belonging to over 1,000 species. This beautifully landscaped course was designed by Peter Thompson, who had redesigned the Bombay Presidency Club and Delhi Golf club.

Guests and non-members are also permitted to play golf. The heritage club building is more than 100 years old and stands in its traditional architecture. This Pagoda shaped, 7,000 sq ft tall building is typical of the old buildings of the colonial era. Apart from the regular facilities, the club also offers rooms, premises, party area, and film locations for rent.
