Trichambaram




Trichambaram, 20 km from Kannur, is famous for its Trichambaram Temple. It is around 2 km from Taliparamba, where Taliparamba Rajarajeswara temple devoted to Lord Shiva is situated. Trichambaram has the branches of the four mutts related to Sree Sankaracharya. The ‘bhajan’, after the ‘Samaavarthanam’, by ‘Yajurvedis’ is conducted here. The peak time to visit this place is at the festival season of Kumbham- Meenam months (March). Nearest place of interest is Kondotty (29 km).
