Thrissur Art Museum is a small museum situated about 2 km from
Thrissur,
Kerala. It is close to other places of tourist interest, such as Thrissur Archaeological Museum and
Thrissur Zoo.
The museum displays woodcarvings, rare sculpture, religious idols, Kathakali figures, traditional jewellery of the state and a delightful collection of traditional lamps.
It is open from 10:00 to 17:00 and except on Mondays.
Nearest airport is at Kochi, about 65 km from the Thrissur Railway Station.
