Thiruvullakkavu village is 10 km from
Thrissur, on the way to
Irinjalakuda. The place is famous for a Dharma sastha temple. It is also the hometown of the famous Communist leader, C Achutha Menon.
There are frequent buses plying in the Thrissur-Irinjalakuda route.
