Thiruvazhiyode Bhagavathy Temple is a 15th century shrine located at Thiruvazhiyode near Kadampazhipuram, in Palakkad District of Kerala. The presiding deity here is Bhagavathy, an incarnation of Goddess Shakti.
The noteworthy feature of this temple is that it is similar to that of Thirumandhamkunnu Temple. The position of the deity, poojas, rituals and offerings are the same as that of Thirumandhamkunnu Temple.
This temple is about 27 km from Palakkad.
