Thelliyoor is a beautiful setting in Pathanamthitta District of Kerala. This typical Kerala style village is famous for Patayani, a ritual art form of the state. Thelliyoor is situated around 16 km from Thiruvalla and 15 km from Chengannur.
A centuries-old rustic fair, Thelliyoor Vrischika Vanibhom held here attracts people from different parts of the district as well as from neighboring districts. It is said that the fair is part of the tradition of the ancient Devi temple at the village.
