Thekma is a town in Azamgarh District on the state highway between Mau and Jaunpur. It is around 35 km south-west of Azamgarh, the district headquarters.
Mehnagar, a town renowned for its annual religious fair and the tomb of Daulat Khan, is about 17 km from here.
