Tinkoom Gueina Tonagga Lamay is a folk dance of
Manipur. Both boys and girls participate in this dance. At first, the dancers arrange themselves in a circle, which is stationary. Then two girls dance in the centre. The performers present excellent movements with hands, accompanied with a rhythmic music.
