Thalaisangaadu temple is situated in the

The deity of the temple is Lord Madhiya. He is also known by the name Venn Chudar Perumal. The deity is seen in a standing position facing east. The temple is famous for a very precious shell kept exclusively for the deity. The temple is also famous for the beautiful idol of Lord Andal Naachiyar.
