Taratarini is a pilgrim center situated at Kumari Hills, in
Ganjam District,
Orissa. Major point of attraction here is the sacred shrine of the twin goddess Tara and Tarini. The temple of Taratarini, situated on top of the blue capped hill is one of the
Shaktipitha in the state. Taratarini is about 30 km from Ganjam and 30 km north of
Berhampur.
Taratarini is well connected with Berhampur and Jaganathpur (22 km) by regular bus services.
Berhampur Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
