Taradehi is located in Damoh District of Madhya Pradesh. It lies on the banks of Ken River and is about 25 km south-west of Tendukneda and 70 km south of Damoh.

The nearest airport is at Jabalpur. Damoh Railway Station is the nearest major railhead.
