Tantrabati Geeta Bhawan Trust, founded in 1957, is a
Madhubani based cultural and charitable organization. It offers free accommodation and food to poor students, arranges lectures and discourses by famous scholars and religious leaders and organizes classical and folk music concerts. Apart, the trust hosts live demonstration of Mithila handicrafts such as Mithila painting, sikki work, sujni work and lac works. There are facilities for research on local issues with regard to the various aspects of life and society of Mithila.
The trust owns two spacious conference halls with public address system, a well stocked library, modern communication facilities and three fully furnished suites. Typical cuisines of Mithila and delectable fish specialities are served for the guests.
